For the second time Richie Arndt, Timo Gross and Alex Conti have dedicated themselves to acoustic playing together – with „Crossing Borders“ the three guitarists and singers show the whole range of their skills in an emotional mixture of blues, rock and roots music. The recordings were made live by the three of them, and with only a few overdubs „Crossing Borders“ grows out of the lively interplay.

Crossing Borders is the name of the third album from Arndt-Gross-Conti (Hilden).
On the new album 11 titles come from the pen of the protagonists and one title, the Pillow Blues, has written Felix Janosa.
The three guitareros take us once again on a journey through blues, rock and roots music.
That all three are super good guitarists we know and they show it on this album. Crossing Borders was once again recorded live in the studio, only a few overdubs had to be done.
The album is completely recorded with acoustic guitars, resonator-, concert-, western guitars, 12 strings and a ukulele were used.
Richie and Timo show that they have mastered slide playing and when it gets rockier then Alex shows that he has many years of experience in this genre (Lake among others). Even three-part vocals ala Crosby, Stills & Nash can be heard.
Crossing Borders is a successful conclusion of the Vineyard Sessions. Acoustic Muisk, Blues & Roots that you like to listen to at the fireplace with a glass of wine. Atmospheric, very good sound and beautiful stories that tell us these three aces.
